All Florida Auto Tags & Titles (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a private, courier-based service provider assisting customers with Florida title and registration transactions. We are not affiliated with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DMV) or any government agency. All services are processed exclusively through mail, UPS, or FedEx. We do not operate as a walk-in office.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and disclaimers:

Document & Signature Requirements

Notarization: Only forms that include a notary section require notarization. These will be coordinated directly with the dealership.

  • Power of Attorney: Accepted with valid identification from the acting agent.

  • Authorized Signers: Anyone listed on the title must sign with a valid U.S.-issued ID or passport. For business transactions, corporate papers listing the authorized signer are required. If the signer is not listed, a corporate authorization letter from a listed agent must be provided.

  • Originals vs. Copies: Titles and signed forms (e.g., odometer disclosure, 82040, 82042) must be original. Copies are acceptable for bills of sale, IDs, and insurance.

Submission of Documents
  • Delivery Method: Most paperwork must be mailed to our office. Select documents such as ID, bill of sale, or proof of insurance may be accepted in PDF via email if omitted from the original package.

  • Name & Address Consistency: Names must match the official ID. Discrepancies require an affidavit of correction. Legal name changes must first be updated on the ID. Address differences are acceptable if clear mailing instructions are provided.

Shipping Policies
  • Carriers: We accept FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

  • Signature Requirements: We discourage Signature-Required delivery to avoid delays. Our office has a secure drop-box for safe receipt.

  • Costs: Shipping is covered by dealerships. Private customer labels are included in quoted prices.

  • Undeliverable Packages: Returned packages will be re-shipped once a new label is provided by the dealership or customer.

  • Mail Cut-Off: Mail received by 1:00 PM is considered same-day.

  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are available if requested. Labels supplied by dealerships usually include tracking.

Service Scope & Limitations
  • We provide duplicate/lost titles, rebuilt titles (not salvage), out-of-state transfers, lien additions, vehicle registrations, and select fleet/commercial services (not apportioned plates).

  • We may assist with disabled placards if the correct application is provided.

  • We cannot process:

    • Imported vehicle transactions

    • Salvage titles

    • Transactions purchased through Florida dealerships (dealerships must process directly)

    • Death-related procedures

Payments & Fees
  • Accepted Payments: Checks and credit/debit cards for service fees. Taxes must be paid by business check or money order payable to Indian River County Tax Collector. Personal checks are not accepted for taxes.

  • Payment Timing: Full payment is due upfront. Over/underpayments will be reconciled by refund check or emailed invoice.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Once a transaction is processed by the DMV, it cannot be refunded.

  • Cancellation Policy: If processing has not begun, documents may be returned subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

  • Refunds: Issued by check (or credit upon request) if cancellation occurs before DMV submission. Service fees are non-refundable after processing.

  • Chargebacks/Bounced Checks: Returned checks must be repaid plus a $12 fee.

Turnaround Times & Liability
  • Processing Time: Average 2–5 business days, subject to holidays, DMV, or mail delays. Times are estimates only.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, outages). Customers will be notified promptly of such disruptions.
